Art and Behavior Analysis

Learn the therapeutic benefits of an art-based behavior analytic practice. Develop a toolkit for self-care methods that utilize the science of behavior analysis and art practice.

Art and ACT Principles

Develop a foundational knowledge of ACT principles and how Art can utilize its technology to develop an effective self-care practice and change the trajectory of our own behavior.

Develop Self-Expression

Regardless of whether we've been avid painters or haven't touched a paint brush in our life, we can learn how to enjoy the tool of Art to express our feelings, identify challenges, and learn more about ourselves.

Harness the power of Art and the science of Behavior to connect to ourselves.

Explore the connection between Art, Acceptance and Committment Training (ACT), and the science of Behavior Analysis. Join us for an engaging focus group where we dive into all things derived relational responding, behavioral self-awareness, and strategic creative expression.

Natasha's background as a professional Artist, Clinician, and researcher in the applications of RFT, ACT, and Art will support leading this focus group.

Thursdays at 7pm EST

This group is $35 a month, providing you with monthly CE that deliver practical applications and insight into behavior analytic applications of Art, RFT, and ACT. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity!

Do I have to have art skills to do this?
Not at all! You can join whether you've been a seasoned painter or just doodled one time in your childhood. Self-expression is the only thing you need!
What materials will I need?
- Basic art supplies and tech tools (See suggested supplies here)
  - Watercolor paper (any size)
  - Drawing paper
  - Paints of choice (acrylic, watercolor, gauche)
  - Drawing media of choice (colored pencils, markers, crayons, pastel sticks
  - Basic webcam for joining in conversation (smartphone or computer)
